Shake well. Massage Oil, up to 5x per week, thoroughly into scalp or problem areas. At night, secure edges with a satin scarf and wear a satin bonnet to protect your hair strands. For 2 type hair before shampooing, massage into scalp for 15 mins then proceed with washing. 24 hrs patch test is recommended. Results may vary.
